  CCH have an active body of female members who ride with the club run on a Sunday morning. First saturday of the month now there is a womens ride setting off from Elsdale - be there for 9,30 am. Please check on the calendar and the CCH women's Facebook page for up to the minute information! 

   Racing - many of our senior members compete on the road, time trials, track, cyclocross and MTB. CCH  is a member of the Eastern Road Race League, Cycling Time Trials, London Cyclocross League and  many members race in the Eastern Cyclocross League, Herne Hill and LVV track leagues for which you have to take     out individual membership.If you intend to race you will need to join British Cycling and take a race license as a CCH member.

  Road Racing - as a member club of the ERRL this means our members have preferred entry into races organised in the region.
